The job
We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager who organizes, manages and executes complex customer projects in a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled professionals. A unique position in which you can make an impact and be at the forefront of setting the new standard for (non-) robotic articulating instrument technology.
You are responsible for leading the entire design and development process including requirements management, product design and development, design transfer to production and product introduction at the customer. You manage uncertainties, set priorities, anticipate changing conditions and report proactively on the progress with all your stakeholders. You head up the project team and ensure they get the best out of themselves without losing sight of the ultimate goal. You are a decisive and strong leader that stands his/her ground and has a keen eye for achieving project results.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar
- At least 7 years of relevant experience as a project manager leading multidisciplinary teams in a product development environment
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience in medical device product development is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptable and pragmatic
- Business oriented and results-driven
